Robert Mirbaha, CEO & Managing Director

Most recently Robert held the position of VP European Marketing for Level 3 Communications Inc. Prior to his assignment in London, Robert held the position of Managing Director, Level 3 Communications GmbH in Frankfurt. Robert was also co-founder and Managing Director of miknet Internet Based Services GmbH which was purchased by Level 3 in 1998. Robert also held positions in Metropolitan Fibre Systems (MFS), Equant and GE Information Services. Robert has a BA from the University of Reutlingen.

Ivo Penzar, Senior Design Manager

Immediately before joining fg, Ivo designed a platform-independent graphical library, highly optimised for extremely large 2-D still images for Soar, Stuttgart, Germany. Ivo has an M.S. in Mathematics (Probability and Statistics) from the University of Zagreb.

Marin Luetic, Senior Design Manager

Prior to joining fg, Marin worked for 4 years as a software designer & project leader for Siemens on projects in Croatia, Germany & Austria. His focus was on real-time transport control systems ("Transrapid" magnet train), security and biometrics. Marin has a M.S from the University of Zagreb.
