Joint Marketing Agreement extends Comdasys reach into the emerging market of converged fixed and mobile enterprise and carrier networks

Comdasys AG, a leader in standard based intelligent and secure branch office and remote locations connectivity today announced that it has signed a Joint Marketing Agreement with Munich based fg microtec GmbH, a leader in mobile IP networking solutions, to promote, market, integrate and support a joint solution for providing wireless and wireline voice as one solution to enterprises and carriers.

The cooperation focuses on bringing to the market solutions that combine the portability and ease-of-use of mobile dual mode devices with the features and functions of enterprise and IP Centrex telephony. The solutions to be offered by Comdasys and fg microtec will increase productivity and reduce the total cost of mobile communications. While fg microtec will deliver clients for dual-mode handsets, Comdasys will provide standard based network appliances for seamless integration into enterprise and IP Centrex solutions with focus on ease of deployment, security and efficient network management.
