TTPCom has selected fg microtec as provider of an OMA compliant Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) client for its AJAR mobile application platform. This collaboration will enable TTPCom customers to efficiently offer an innovative and sophisticated voice service to mobile subscribers.

Push-to-Talk over Cellular is a walkie-talkie style communication service targeted for professional communities as well as for private users and accessible over IP based wireless networks such as GPRS and UMTS. This PoC solution adopted by TTPCom has been successfully tested in OMA and GCF test events, ensuring interoperability for all AJAR customers.
