fg's IP PBX Mobile Client logs on to the corporate IP capable PBX anytime the user enters a known WiFi coverage area (home/branch office, corporate campus, hotel rooms, public hot-spots etc...). This not only increases reachability but also provides access to corporate PBX features such as call-hold, transfer, conferencing, company directory wherever the employee may be. It's much like having your desktop phone in your pocket, providing significantly higher overall productivity while at the same time lowering telephony costs.

How does it work?

The solution is based on IETF's (RFC 3261) SIP protocol and will work with almost any SIP capable PBX. Basic suplemetary features work according to RFC 5359 but can be customised to work with non-standard methods.
